Madu Srls Return and refund policy:

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your item for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns:
All returns must be created within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in a new and unused condition and returned with all original tags and packaging. Kindly try on bottoms with your underwear on.

Refunds:
First of all, make sure you fill in the form in “Create Returns”, and after we will arrange a pick-up of your order at the indicated address. After receiving your package and inspecting the condition of all items, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Please note, you will be responsible for all returning charges.

Return process:
To return an item, click on “Create Returns". By clicking here you will be asked to fill in a form with the following information:
1. Name and surname
2. Email address
3. Order number
4. Pick up address
5. Pick up date (at least 3 working days from the “create return” date)

Once you fill in the form we will process your return request. After processing your return order we will send via e-mail the return label to apply on the original packaging. Make sure it is well applied on the top of the box.
As soon as your package will arrive to our warehouse, MADU is responsible to make all the inspections before processing the return.
MADU has the right to not reimbursed customers if items are not in their original
conditions. Items not eligible for refund will be shipped back, at the customer expense.

Questo servizio è riservato ai clienti che desiderano effettuare il reso degli articoli acquistati negli ultimi 14 giorni. Gli articoli possono essere restituiti per il rimborso entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione dell’ordine.
I capi devono essere restituiti nelle condizioni in cui sono arrivati, con tutte le etichette e packaging originali. Vi preghiamo di provare i bottoms sopra alla vostra biancheria personale.
Siete pregati di attendere 5 giorni dalla ricezione degli articoli presso il nostro magazzino prima dell’approvazione del reso.

Per poter effettuare il reso degli articoli acquistati dovete seguire la seguente procedura:
Per fare un reso dovete cliccare sul seguente pulsante “Creare Reso”. Cliccando qui vi verrà chiesto di inserire alcune informazioni:
1. Nome e cognome
2. Indirizzo mail
3. Numero ordine
4. Indirizzo di ritiro
5. Data ritiri (almeno 3 giorni lavorativi dalla compilazione di questo modulo)
Una volta compilato questo modulo, il reso verrà processato e, una volta approvato, vi invieremo via mail l’etichetta di reso da applicare sul pacco originale. Assicuratevi che l’etichetta sia ben incollata nella parte superiore del pacco.
