1. Personal Account:

1.1 How to create a personal account: Click on Login in the bottom of the page and click on “Create Account”. You will then be asked to fill in your personal information and email. You will receive an email confirming the account have been created. In your personal area you can manage all information regarding your orders.

1.2 How do I log in? To log in, simply enter your e-mail address and password with which you created the account.

2. Shipping

2.1 How can I track my order? After purchasing an item you will receive an email with order confirmation and a tracking number directly from our logistic partner. Track your order directly on the logistics partner website. If you have not received any information about your order, please e-mail us to: info@maduswimwear.com

2.2 After receiving the order confirmation, what is the delivery time?The estimated delivery time depends on the geographical area:

Italy: 3 business days
Europe: 5-7 business days
However, there may be variations in transit times depending on carries and external factors we cannot control.

2.3 Does the delivery Address have to be the same as the billing address: No. You can choose two different addresses. If you want a different addresses, just take delete the pre-selected field “ship to the same address”.

2.4 What happens if no one is at home to receive the order: Shipping and delivery are managed by our logistic partner. The carrier makes two delivery attempts. If it fails to deliver it the first time, you will be contacted for a second delivery. If still unable to deliver, the order will be shipped back to our warehouse and we will organize a new shipment, upon payment of a new shipment by the consumer.

2.5 How much do I have to pay for delivery cost?  Delivery costs depend both on the shipping zone and on the quantity of products ordered at once: Italy: 4,50€ - 17,45€; Europe: 15,00€ - 40,00€

3. Ordering:

3.1 How can I order an item on the website? Simply add the products and quantities to the basket, enter a shipping and billing address (if they are not the same) and choose a payment method. Your order will be shipped directly to your order within the delivery time mentioned when confirming the order. If you have already registered on our website log on before making an order.

3.2 To which countries can I order a MADU article? European Union.

3.3 How can I be sure my order has been completed? Once the payment is confirmed you will receive a message with your order confirmation and details. If you do not receive any message/email please contact us at info@maduswimwear.com

3.4 When I place an order, is stock availability guaranteed? Our inventory is updated automatically to guarantee stock availability in the moment of your purchase. However, despite all our efforts stocks may run out. In this case, our Customer service will contact you and proceed with the respective refund.

4. Returns:

4.1 Can I return my order? Yes. All returns must be created within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in a new and unused condition and returned with all original tags and packaging. Kindly try on bottoms with your underwear on.

4.2 How can I create a return order? Please click on “Create Return” and fill in the information requested.

4.3 What is a pick up date? The pick up date is they day our carrier will pass by the indicated address to pick up your order. Make sure you selected a pick up date at least 3 working days of the return creation.

4.4 What happens after creating my return? Once you’ve filled in the form, we’ll process your return and send the return label via mail. Make sure you put with on the top of the original box.

5. Payment:

5.1 Which payment methods are available? You can buy online with Paypal, MB, Visa and Mastercard.

5.2 Do I have to pay extra charges on my order? The only extra charge are the shipping costs.

6. Wearing Madu:

6.1 Do I have to buy each product in set? Yes, all our products are sell in sets. We believe they make sense together. Together they tell a story. However, our priority is to make you feel comfortable and elegant while wearing Madu, therefore you can choose a different size for top and bottom.

6.2 How can I choose the right size? To have the best shopping experience in our online shop, we provide customers a general sizing guide.

6.3 Do MADU fabrics have UPF50+ protection? Yes! Our hyper resistant and comfortable fabrics also offer UV protection, UPF50+. Designed to be worn anytime, anywhere.

6.4 Where is MADU swimwear produced? Madu is a slow fashion brand, made fairly in Portugal. Our products are made under fair conditions with the best selection of italian fabrics. All the production cycle follows two main pillars: high quality and sustainability.

6.5 Is MADU using recyclable fabrics? Yes, indeed! Sustainability for us is a must, part of our essence. As we are a slow fashion brand working in a short route to market, we can check and track all the production cycle: from supplier and materials’ selection, to the confection of final product.
We only work with suppliers that care about the planet as much as we do. That is why more than 50% of our models are made of a techno-fabric made of ECONYL® regenerated Nylon that turns ocean waste into fashion.

6.6 What is ECONYL®? Nylon waste, otherwise polluting the oceans, is transformed into ECONYL® regenerated Nylon. It’s the same as brand new nylon and can be recycled, recreated and remolded again and again.
